RealStone Veneer™ vs Simulated Masonry Veneer.

Beauty: The natural beauty and aesthetic appeal of RealStone Veneer™  can only be imitated by manufactured stone products.  RealStone Veneer™ is natural stone, quarried and cut by hand in many cases, and available in a wide selection of colors and textures.

Durability: RealStone Veneer™, a genuine, natural product, is already age-old and time-proven.  unlike some manufactured "stones", naturals tone is colorfast, it will not fade or discolor with time, and is not affected by scratching and chipping of the surface.

Inexpensive: RealStone Veneer™ many times is less than manufactured stone and can therefore be installed at a cost comparable to manufactured stone, making it very cost competitive in the marketplace.

Installation: Natural Thin Stone, RealStone Veneer™, is applied in the same basic manner as manufactured stone.  RealStone Veneer™ can be applied directly over masonry surfaces or over framed surfaces with proper preparation.  The light weight of RealStone Veneer™ allows it to be used where weight is a problem, such as a non-bearing wall.

Conclusion: For most individuals, it is customary to choose a "genuine" or "natural" product instead of a "synthetic" or "simulated" product.  The extra bonus is that it will not, in most cases, cost you any more.  Make the Natural choice and specify RealStone Veneer™ for your next project and get... no... and be real!
